Go Vols!

My VoLs loving friend Kelsey wanted me to paint her a cute TN sign with polka dots. So, I tried to match it close to the cute little bottle cap magnet I bought from Spoiled Rotten! So I started  with an orange base coat then painted a bunch of lighter orange circles. After everything dried I put white circles using a paint/ Mod Podge on top of the circles for a textured effect. Then I painted the good ole VOLS in black paint! GO VOLS for the TN loving girl Kelsey!! :)
